Is it possible to disable the resistivity monitor on 101 controllers?



Wafer flux is rinsed off after reflow, and the flux clogs the resistivity sensor.

There are two options:
1.The 101 controller
e-Prom, can programmed to disable the resistivity monitor function.
(The current e-Prom code is needed).

2. Change 101 controller
"Q-RINSE" set point to 0. As long as the resistivity probe, located on the back of the SRD, is connected there will not be a "resistivity error" prompt.
