Warning : N2 heater/manifold bracket can be improperly installed

The N2 heater manifold bracket can be improperly installed during customer maintenance and filter changes.

Rhetech strongly recommends that all SRD owners perform the preventative maintenance outlined in their tool manuals.

The Spin Rinser Dryer manuals outline monthly preventative maintenance inspections of all bowl attachments including the N2 heater manifold.

N2 Manifold Physical Inspection:

Grasp each end of the manifold tube between thumb and forefinger and lift up on the manifold.

Any play or movement indicates either the manifold is not properly bolted on, or a weld has broken.

N2 manifolds with broken welds should be replaced; loose manifolds should be tightened to OEM specs.

(Torque to 6 in/lbs).
