FN-10 / FW-10R Set up Procedure

Turn the FN-10 and FW-10R regulators fully counter clock-wise (closed).
Connect the customer facility lines to the N2 and DI Bulkheads on the SRD.
Turn on the N2 from the customer's facility.
Turn the FN-10 regulator clock-wise until the FN-10 pressure meter registers 20 PSIG.
Follow your normal start-up procedure (insert rotor, check actuator operation…etc).
Set Rinse time to 0 seconds, Dry 1 time to 60 seconds and Dry 2 time to 240 seconds.
Press start.
During either Dry cycle, turn the FN-10 regulator until the FN-10 pressure meter registers 30-35 PSIG.
Press stop.
Turn on the DI from the customer's facility.
Turn the FW-10R regulator clock-wise until the FW-10R pressure meter registers 20 PSIG.
Set Rinse time to 60 seconds.
Press start.
During the Rinse cycle, turn the FW-10R regulator until the FW-10R pressure meter registers 25-30 PSIG.
