About Rhetech, Inc.
Rhetech, Inc. was formed in 1993 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Semitool Inc. Semitool is a leading manufacturer of semiconductor capital equipment, specializing in electroplating and wet chemical processing. In 2009, Semitool was acquired by Applied Materials, the global leader in Nanomanufacturing Technology solutions. Applied Materials trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbol AMAT.
Rhetech operates from a 32,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania (about an hour north of Philadelphia). Equipment assembly and remanufacturing operations are contained within this facility, which includes a machine shop, poly shop, and electro-polish room; all of which provide support to the assembly area to build, repair, or restore all of our supported tools.
In the United States and Asia, Rhetech sells and services its products through a network of trained, highly qualified manufacturers' representatives and distributors. In Europe, customers work directly with Semitool Europe's experienced sales and service team.
